How is event pricing calculated?+
Every event is quoted custom based on venue, guest count, fixture count, and load-in/strike timing. Most weddings land between $2,800 and $12,000. We provide an itemized quote within 48 hours.
Do you work with our planner or coordinator?+
Yes, we partner with planners and venues across Sacramento and prefer being looped in 30+ days before the event for the cleanest design handoff.
Can you handle the power and generator needs?+
Yes, we calculate full load planning, coordinate silent inverter generators, and run all cable along approved routes. We've worked at most major Sacramento venues and know their power maps.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for the venue?+
Yes, $2M general liability with the venue named as additional insured. We can issue a COI within one business day of request.
