These terms apply when you use the Santa's Lights website or book our installation, maintenance, takedown, or permanent lighting services. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to what's below.
Quotes & bookings
Quotes are based on the details you share and may be adjusted once we see the property in person. Bookings are confirmed when a deposit (if required) is received and a service date is scheduled.
Payment
Payment is due per the terms on your estimate or invoice. Late balances may be subject to reasonable fees. We accept major payment methods listed at checkout.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Plans change — just let us know as soon as you can. Cancellations close to your scheduled install date may forfeit the deposit to cover materials and crew time already committed.
Our work & warranty
We back our installations with a service guarantee for the season (seasonal installs) or the warranty period stated on your agreement (permanent lighting). If something stops working through normal use, we'll come back and make it right.
Property access & safety
You're responsible for letting us know about anything we should know before we arrive — pets, fragile landscaping, security systems, HOA rules, hidden wiring, or roof conditions. We reserve the right to skip work that isn't safe to perform.
Photos
We may photograph completed installs for our portfolio and marketing. Let us know if you'd prefer we not feature your home and we'll respect that.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
